Refund policy

No Returns or Exchanges:

At Rare Breed co we maintain a strict no-return, no-exchange policy on all orders. Once a purchase is made, it is final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to issues such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Defective or Damaged Items:

The only exception to our no-return policy is for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at kevin@rarebreedco.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or a full refund.

To ensure a prompt resolution, please provide a detailed description of the issue along with photographs of the defect or damage when you contact us.

Please Note:

  • All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unused to be eligible for a defect-related return.
  • Any claims regarding defects or damages must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • We are not responsible for defects or damages caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper care after the product has been used.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (if applicable), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
